Fresh local favorites like Red Snapper and Grouper glisten alongside sushi grade Tuna. Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Pompano, Triple tail, Hogfish and maybe even Barracuda, all which will be featured on The Timbers fresh fish menu that evening. Gulf pink shrimp are offered uncooked or cooked (peel 'n' eat or jumbo cocktail shrimp) along with New England Scallops, Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs, Soft Shell Crabs and Stone Crab Claws (Oct 15-May 1).
